What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 days to process your order and then 4-7 working days to deliver.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?

Yes, absolutely. We provide a tracking number.

Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item in question at the email address and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their items online.
